I'm not sleeping, there's a bug in my eye and I'm trying to suffocate him.

So, I wasn't sure if I should talk about my job, but since it does have a certain affect to how I eat (I guess) I think its necessary to include. I babysit a girl named Katelyn who has Angelman Syndrome, I've been babysitting her since 2007 and she's 13. And just because she can't talk doesn't mean she isn't twice as sassy as an average teenager, trust me.
Due to the crap-ton of snow today, she had a two hour delay and her mother had to drive her two (non-disabled) siblings to school, because they had no delay and missed their bus.Which means I had to get Katelyn on her bus. Which means I got a phone call at 6:45 this morning (to be fair, I told her to call me if she needed help with school delays and whatnot).

So, breakfast was the same as last nights dinner: A whole wheat pumpkin pancake with a ton of blueberries and a tablespoon of honey. I ate the fork as well, it was delicious.

So, shock of my life: and hour into being at work I'm absolutely starving and didn't bring anything with me so I grab the most available (and seemingly not-terrible) snack:

Goldfishiess! I had about 1/2 cup of these around 7:45am

I had planned on going to the gym today, but my car is a super suck machine in the snow, so I decided to play it safe and work out at home. I did level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but I was feeling completely exhausted so I kind of half-assed most of it. Since Sunday I've spent 7 hours working out at the gym so I didn't feel too bad about it.
I wanted coffee and hot chocolate after my shower so I compromised: I mixed two teaspoons of instant coffee with two squares of Lindt Excellence 99% Cocoa Bar (because this stuff tastes like butt when eaten alone). And I added 6 mini-marshmallows because it's snowing and I felt like being festive.

Lunch was this salad: It consisted of baby spinach leaves, Earthbound Farm Organic Salad, sliced cucumber, several cherry tomatoes, chopped mushroom, one chopped artichoke heart, a few chopped olives, 1/4 cup of grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of black beans and two tablespoons of Lite Cesar Dressing.

It was obviously amazing and I ate all of it.

My tummy was growling an hour or so later so I finished up some leftovers: A tiny bit (seriously added up to barely 1/2 cup) of zucchini, onion, chick peas and chicken.

I went back to work around 3, and around 4:30 I had 1/2 cup of Jalapeno Sunflower Seeds (measured with the shells on). No picture of this, sorry!

I got home from work at 6, and at 6:45 I had this! Tuna fish on two slices of Double Fiber Whole Wheat bread. I cut up and added about half of a huge deli-style pickle, some baby spinach, chopped up cherry tomatoes and mustard.

It was completely fantastic! I'm feeling kinda crappy right now (headache) so I'm pretty confident that this is all I will be eating for today.

I have a really bad habit of eating just because. Because I'm bored/unoccupied/there is yummy food around me. This usually happens when I'm not actually even hungry. This is my biggest downfall. To my one or two readers out there: Do you have this problem? What do you do to control these urges?

And, just a piece of advice: be careful. Don´t eat too little, don´t get too obsessed. Seriously.
Health first, always. Don´t forget about Fun&Happy living. Never.
