So, at some point 3 years ago I got sick of my "my body sucks, therefor I suck" defeating attitude, and decided that instead of continuing self-sabotaging habits, I completely changed how I ate (and how I viewed food) and started working out. I'm 5' 4" and went from 182 pounds (2007) to 147 pounds (January 2010), but still struggle with food/body issues and the difference between being healthy and being obsessive.
